Privacy Policy

Information we collect about you

None that identifies you. Fruition has no user accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, or advertising identifier, and the app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.

Your goals and history

Your Seeds (goals), Programs, check-ins, and your Orchard of finished goals are stored locally on your device. If you are signed into iCloud, they also sync through Apple's CloudKit private database so you can continue across your own devices, and a small non-identifying flag (which enforces the one-free-goal tier) is kept in your iCloud key-value storage. This data is transmitted between your devices and Apple. It never reaches us, and we cannot read, recover, or delete it. It is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Coaching and AI analysis

Fruition's coaching is generated by Anthropic's Claude AI models. To calibrate your goal, build your plan, write nudges, and read your check-ins, the app sends the relevant text you provide (your goal, your answers in the discovery conversation, and your check-in notes and numbers) to Claude for processing. These requests are routed through our own server, a stateless Cloudflare Worker that holds the API key and forwards the request. Our server keeps no database, no accounts, and no profile of you; it processes each request and does not build a history. Your text is handled by Anthropic under its API terms, which provide that inputs submitted through the API are not used to train its models.

Photo evidence

Photos you capture as evidence stay on your device by default. Only if you choose to submit a photo for your coach to analyze is that image sent (through the same server) to Claude for that single analysis. We keep the resulting written assessment on your device; we do not store the photo, and neither does our server.

Purchases

Fruition offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Fruition+. Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store; we never see or handle your payment details. Fruition uses Apple's StoreKit directly (there is no third-party subscription processor), and the app checks your subscription status with Apple. Whether you are subscribed is stored on your device and in your own iCloud so your access follows you across devices.

Protecting our service

To stop our server from being abused, the app uses Apple's App Attest to confirm that requests come from a genuine, unmodified copy of Fruition. This produces an anonymous device attestation used only to verify the app; it is not linked to your identity.

Notifications

Reminders and check-in nudges are scheduled locally on your device. We do not operate a push server, and scheduling a notification does not send anything to us.

Children

The app is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. The only third parties involved in running Fruition are Apple (iCloud/CloudKit sync, App Store payments, and App Attest), Anthropic (the Claude AI that processes your coaching text and any evidence photo you submit), and Cloudflare (which hosts our stateless request-routing server).

Your control and deletion

Because your data lives on your device and in your own iCloud, you control it. Delete a Seed in the app to remove it, or remove Fruition's iCloud data from iOS Settings. We hold no account or server-side profile to delete.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
